We’re looking for a customer-focused Motability Specialist to join our Seat dealership in Liverpool.

What You’ll Be Doing
-
Welcoming and supporting Motability customers both in person, online, and over the phone

Guiding customers through the Motability Scheme and explaining vehicle options, eligibility, and benefits

Understanding individual mobility needs and matching customers with the right vehicle solution

Managing the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover

Building long-term relationships through follow-ups, updates, and outstanding customer care

Working closely with the wider sales team to deliver an exceptional dealership experience

Ensuring all Motability paperwork and processes are completed accurately and compliantly
What We’re Looking For

Experience in a customer-facing sales or service role

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

A caring, patient, and professional approach

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Motivated, driven, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service

Experience with the Motability Scheme would be advantageous, but not essential
-
Full UK driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
