Viewing Agent (Self-Employed/ Flexible)
Highview Lettings is expanding its network of professional Viewing Agents and is seeking experienced property professionals to support our growing portfolio across London.
This flexible, self-employed opportunity is ideal for individuals with a background in lettings, estate agency, property services or general customer service who are looking to undertake accompanied viewings, open house events, and property inspections on behalf of our clients.
Appointments are offered on an ad-hoc basis (as and when it becomes available within your local area), allowing you to work as much or as little as suits your schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accompanied property viewings, open house events, and property inspections to a professional standard.
- Meet prospective buyers/ tenants at properties and provide a welcoming, informative viewing experience.
- Collect and return keys securely from branch offices, lockboxes, or key safes when required.
- Submit accurate and timely feedback following each appointment.
- Represent Highview Lettings and our clients with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.
- Maintain high standards of reliability, punctuality, and communication at all times.
Experience & Requirements
- Ideal experience within the property sector, including lettings, estate agency, property management, or a similar role.
- Essential experience within customer service & dealing with consumers of some sort.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Professional appearance and confidence when interacting with prospective tenants and clients.
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Smartphone with internet access for receiving bookings and submitting appointment feedback.
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends where required.What We Offer.

Pay: £125.00 – £190.00 per day (dependant on work load & experience)
