Job Summary
We are looking for passionate Registered Nurses to join us working as part of our established team.
Whitby House Care Home is a well-established family run care home offering first class general nursing and EMI nursing care to the elderly. We focus on creating a warm and safe environment for our residents while maintaining their privacy, dignity independence and rights.
Duties
The role includes leading our care team during your shifts, you will make certain that we fully meet residents’ medical, physical and emotional requirements. Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, you will mentor and motivate colleagues, champion residents’ safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement.
We are looking for individuals who possesses a caring nature, good communication skills, patience and the ability to work as part of our close-knit friendly team.

Experience:
Minimum 6 months in a Nursing Home

- Valid Nursing PIN
