The Role
This is a fast paced, office based role and you will be responsible for proactively contacting new and existing clients, nurturing warm leads, building lasting relationships, and converting opportunities into successful instructions and lets.
This is a target driven position suited to someone who thrives in a performance based environment and is motivated by earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Nurturing and developing lettings leads
- Building strong, long term relationships with landlords and applicants
- Generating new lettings instructions
- Making high volume outbound calls to new and previous clients
- Managing client databases and maintaining accurate records
- Consistently working towards and exceeding personal and team targets
About You
- Highly target driven and money motivated
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills
- Resilient, positive, and energetic
- Organisation and common sense are a must
- Previous estate agency or sales experience is not essential
