Registered Nurse (RGN) Night Shift - Carsington House

£21.00 per hour | Full-Time Permanent Position
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our friendly team at Carsington House. You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting residents' health, wellbeing, dignity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and deliver individualised nursing care.
- Maintain and review resident care plans.
- Administer medication in line with NMC guidelines and company policies.
- Monitor residents' health and respond to changing care needs.
- Liaise with GPs, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Support, supervise, and mentor care staff.
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control standards are met.
- Participate in handovers, team meetings, and training sessions.
Essential Requirements
✔ Active NMC Registration (RGN – 1st Level Nurse)
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Genuine passion for providing exceptional care
✔ Team player with a positive and professional attitude
✔ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
