Our products sit at the intersection of AI, fintech, and regulated financial services, serving clients across Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. We're looking for an exceptional Head of Product to lead our product strategy as we scale internationally.
The Role
As Head of Product, you will own our product vision, roadmap, and execution. You'll work closely with engineering, AI/ML teams, design, sales, and customers to build products that solve real financial services problems.
You'll be comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on with product discovery, customer interviews, prioritisation, and delivery.
This is a leadership role with significant influence over the future direction of the company.
ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy
- Define and own the product vision and long-term roadmap
- Translate company strategy into product initiatives
- Identify new market opportunities across Spain, Portugal, and international markets
- Balance customer needs with commercial priorities
Customer Discovery
- Conduct regular customer interviews with banks, lenders, insurers, and financial institutions
- Gather feedback from enterprise clients and translate insights into product improvements
- Develop a deep understanding of financial services workflows and regulatory requirements
Product Delivery
- Lead product planning and roadmap prioritisation
- Write high-quality product requirements and user stories
- Work closely with engineering and AI teams to deliver products on time
- Manage product releases and go-to-market planning
AI Product Leadership
- Shape AI-first product experiences
- Understand the capabilities and limitations of modern LLMs and AI agents
- Partner with AI engineers to bring new features into production
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities for competitive advantage
Cross-functional Leadership
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations
- Help define pricing, packaging, and product positioning
- Support enterprise sales with product demonstrations and customer workshops
RequirementsEssential
- 8+ years in Product Management
- 3+ years leading product teams
- Experience building B2B SaaS products
- Experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Banking, Lending, Insurance, or Payments
- Strong understanding of AI products and modern LLM capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking
- Experience working with engineering teams using Agile methodologies
Languages
- Native or fluent Spanish (required)
- Fluent English (required)
- Working Portuguese (required) — comfortable conducting meetings and communicating with customers
Nice to Have
- Experience launching AI products
- Knowledge of AML, KYC, onboarding, lending, compliance, or financial operations

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate has previously been:
- Head of Product or Senior Product Director at a fintech or AI company.
- A Senior Product Manager who has grown into product leadership within a high-growth B2B SaaS business.
- Experienced in selling and building products for banks, lenders, insurers, or regulated financial institutions.
- Comfortable speaking with both enterprise executives and engineering teams.
- Able to operate seamlessly in Spanish and English, with sufficient Portuguese to support customer engagements and market expansion.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building AI-native products in a fast-paced startup environment and wants significant influence over product direction and company strategy.
Pay: £25,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
