We’re looking for an experienced Voids Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day operations across our Dartford voids programme. If you have a solid trade background, a sharp eye for quality, and the ability to lead operatives to deliver fast, safe and high‑standard refurbishments, this is your next step.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising operatives across multiple void properties, ensuring works are completed on time and to specification
- Managing repairs, refurbishments and turnaround schedules
- Carrying out inspections, quality checks and sign‑offs
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
- Monitoring performance, productivity and cost control using Schedule of Rates
- Liaising with tenants, contractors and internal teams to keep projects running smoothly
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience supervising operatives on a maintenance or voids contract
- Strong trade background with excellent knowledge of repairs and refurbishment processes
- Good working understanding of SOR
- Valid CSCS card
- Full UK driving licence (Van and Fuel provided)
