Empowering Learning are currently working with a number of welcoming and supportive Primary Schools in and around Stockton who are looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join their teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are committed to supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing within a positive school environment.
The Role:

Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

Working alongside class teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences

Providing one-to-one and small group support

Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour

Helping create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children in a school or educational setting
-
A caring, positive, and proactive attitude
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service OR willingness to purchase one

Ability to provide professional references covering the last 2 years
