FITNFIX is small a plumbing and heating company with office located in Beckenham and mobile engineer team carrying out mainly domestic repair and install jobs around SE London. Our office is next to the Clockhouse station - this is a hub where we organise jobs, materials, rubbish, have lunch and have fun when time allows.

Candidate Requirements:
Employment history of combined 7 years as domestic plumber and heating engineer. Commercial, non UK experience does not apply.
- Proactive. Fully competent and experienced to tackle any plumbing and heating job within domestic setting - be it service or breakdowns on a gas boiler or heating system, taking out a bath and patching a few tiles, installation of shower cubicle, investigations using cameras etc.
- Communicating with customers to understand and set their expectations an and giving maximum value each visit to help maintain out high customer satisfaction record.
- Avoiding any lazy quick fixes. Helping generate more work by bringing essential issues customers attention.
- Able to take notes and photos each job, communicate with office regarding any additional work. Answer any queries from office in timely manner.
Salary: £50,000 per year for 5 days 40 hour week going up to £55,000 with overtime and bonuses. Performance review carried out 4 times per year.
Licence/Certification:
- Fully served NVQ 3 apprenticeship City & Guilds
- Driving (required)
- Gas Safe Registered (optional)
