An opportunity has arisen within Morgan Brothers. Metal Work Solutions Ltd for an experienced steel fabricator to join our well-established company. This role will be workshop based.
The successful candidate must have the ability to read engineering drawings, manufacture items from start to finish, be self-motivated, work well under pressure and be able to work as part of a responsible team.
The successful candidate will:
- Be skilled in MIG & TIG welding plus stainless-steel fabrications to work well under their own initiative with minimum supervision as well as part of a team.
- Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude, taking pride in producing quality work.
- Be motivated and have good time keeping skills.
- Successful candidate will be manufacturing Architectural metalwork, balustrades, handrails
- Have an eye for detail to maintain the high standards upon which the firm has built its excellent reputation.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in MIG & TIG welding
- Experience in fabricating steel parts/assemblies
- City and Guilds/SVQ qualifications are required Coded welders would be advantageous.
- Minimum of five years experience

- Own hand tools required
Holidays:
28 days including bank holidays, increase to 31 days after 5 years service.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday – 8.00 – 16.15
- Weekday overtime available
- Weekends optional
