CTRG Recruitment is hiring full-time Warehouse Operatives in Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11 0YW. This role at Co-op Avonmouth involves working in a chilled environment (2-5°C), with the option to work in a freezer environment (-25°C).
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack stock for store orders across the warehouse (frozen, chilled, and ambient) using the appropriate manual handling equipment (LLOP)
Pick/pack meat and alcohol
Load and unload delivery vehicles with cages and pallets
Distribute products to the correct location in the warehouse
Work in a team to achieve key targets
Meet performance and productivity targets
Pick items using a voice-activated system
Shift Details:
Night Shift (22:00 - 06:00) : Weekday: £16.12 / Weekend: £18.06
Overtime (over 37.5 hours/week): £18.68 - £20.55 per hour

This ongoing temporary position offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidates, after a minimum of 12 weeks of service with CTRG. Enhanced benefits are available if successful in gaining a permanent role.
