VACANCY: Pre Delivery Inspector
LOCATION: Rotherham, S60 (Close to Meadowhall, Sheffield)
SHIFT PATTERN: 2 shift rotation days and nights : Monday - Thursday 4 x 10 hour days.6am - 4pm and Monday - Thursday 4 x 10 hour nights 8pm - 6am.

Our inhouse capabilities include, large format Laser Cutting and Press Braking, CNC Precision Machining, Fabrication & Welding, Shot Blasting, Painting and final Assembly.
We are seeking an Pre Delivery Inspector ( PDI ) to conduct pre delivery inspections of customer products, as per the specific standards, including visual and basic dimensional checks
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Pre delivery inspection of customer products, as per the specific standards, including visual and basic dimensional checks
- Part identification and marking.
- Work to a schedule to meet weekly delivery targets.
- Ensure any documentation is completed in full and accurately .
- Assist the Quality Assurance inspectors with basic dimensional inspection work as and when required
- Knowledge of using basic measuring equipment (Vernier’s, Tapes and Rules etc).
ABOUT YOU:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Knowledge of using basic measuring equipment (Vernier’s, Tapes and Rules etc)
- Lifting /Slinging / manual handling although training can be given.
