Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join ALPHR Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial management activities including the preparation of monthly management accounts, provide accounts analysis including variances and trends and support with the maintenance of management accounting processes and agreed financial practices and procedure are adhered to.
Duties
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and schedules to meet company and group deadlines.
- Processing and payment of purchase invoices.
- produce customer invoices.
- Credit Control.
- Processing of employee business expenses.
- Maintain the bank reconciliations and fixed asset register.
- Maintain cashflow forecasting reports.
- Financial administration and internal audits.
- Quarterly VAT returns.
- Support with the yearly financial audit.
Qualifications
- Qualified / part qualified (AAT, CIMA, ACCA).
- Previous experience of Sage 200 (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- High degree of organisational skills.
- Excellent communicator.
- Strog excel skills, including potentail to build scenario models.
Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
