Our client is a Cardiff-based sales and marketing company specialising in face-to-face customer engagement activities within retail, event, residential and promotional campaign environments. Working with recognised brands, they focus on creating meaningful customer interactions through direct engagement.
Successful applicants will work directly with the client on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of commission and performance incentives.
No previous experience is required, as full coaching is provided from day one.

- Availability: Full-time equivalent availability. Candidates should also be able to commute to the Cardiff office daily.
- Backgrounds: Experience in front of house, retail, or customer service is highly transferable - but no prior experience is required.

- Communication: Professional English, comfortable talking to new people and representing brands with confidence.

Responsibilities
- Daily Office Briefings: Participating in skill-building workshops and briefings at the Cardiff hub.
- Community Engagement: Travel to assigned areas and speak with members of the public about client products and services.
- Face-to-Face Interaction: Proactively engaging with potential customers in residential & event-based settings to generate leads and promote client services.
- Sales Process: Presenting brand benefits, handling inquiries, and closing sales to build territory success.
- Customer Engagement: Providing high-quality service and maintaining professional brand representation at all times.
Recruitment Process
- CV Review: We screen all applications and forward successful CVs to our client within 72 hours.
- Initial Call: A short telephone interview with our client's recruitment team. In-person
- Presentation: An invite to the Cardiff office to discuss the portfolio and earning structure in person.
Please Note:
Successful candidates will join as sub-contracted Representatives. This means you are responsible for your own tax and National Insurance. This opportunity is designed for those seeking a performance-based income through uncapped commission and incentives rather than a fixed salary.
Pay: £508.40-£650.00 per week
