<Duties>
- Assist in creating a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for children of different ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Support daily activities such as playtime, learning sessions, meal times, and nap routines in accordance with early childhood education principles.
- Observe and document children's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones to inform planning and support individual needs.
- Engage with children through age-appropriate activities that promote social skills, creativity, and early learning concepts.
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, ensuring all toys and learning materials are safe and hygienic.
- Follow health and safety protocols diligently, including basic first aid procedures when necessary.
- Collaborate with senior staff to implement individualized care plans for children with special educational needs or disabilities.
- Support the implementation of behavior management strategies that encourage positive conduct and emotional development.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's daily experiences and progress.
<Experience>
- Previous experience working with children in settings such as daycare, babysitting, nannying, or volunteering is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development stages and early childhood education practices.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques suitable for young children.
- Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including toddler care routines and infant care practices.
- Basic first aid certification or willingness to obtain it upon appointment.
- Understanding of special education needs and working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle behavior management positively and effectively.
