We are seeking an enthusiastic Tour Guide to join our team in London. As a Tour Guide, you will play a vital role in representing our brand and engaging with visitors, helping to showcase our company's vibrant culture and commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead engaging tours for visitors, providing insightful information about our company and services.
- Ensure a positive experience for all guests through friendly and professional interactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tour areas.
- Collect feedback from visitors to improve the tour experience.
- Represent Dawn Tours at community events and promotional activities.
- Uphold safety standards and company policies during all tours.
- Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in guiding or customer service preferred.
- Ability to engage diverse audiences with enthusiasm.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for marketing and brand storytelling.
- Flexibility to adapt to different tour scenarios.
- Knowledge of local history or attractions is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
