The Role
1–2 days per week (flexible)Private-only | Cosmetic-focused
This is a true cosmetic role - not general dentistry.
You will focus on:
- Veneers
- Composite bonding & full smile makeovers
- Full mouth rehabilitations
- Complex aesthetic case planning
- High-value consultations and patient journeys
Our therapists handle hygiene and smaller restorative work, allowing you to stay fully focused on high-value cosmetic treatments.
You’ll step straight into a consistent flow of cosmetic consultations driven by high-level marketing and an established brand.
Earning Potential
Our cosmetic dentists average £21,000 per month based on just 2 days per week.
This is driven by:
- High-quality patient demand
- Strong conversion through experienced TCOs
- A fee-per-hour model that rewards performance
There is no ceiling on earnings.

You are:
- An experienced cosmetic dentist with a strong portfolio
- Confident in planning and delivering complex cases
- Excellent in patient consultations and communication
- Commercially aware with a performance mindset
You must have an active social media presence showcasing your work.
