About the role
As a Delice de France delivery driver you are the face of our business, a brand ambassador delivering the highest quality frozen bakery goods to our large and varied customer base.
Working 5 days a week Monday to Friday with an alternate Saturday with a rest day during the week. You will need to be an early riser, with starts from 5:30am our customers love their bakery items from 6am onwards.
Delice de France Heywood covers a large geographical area. Each day you will have a pre-defined sequence of deliveries, typically this can up to 20 per day, sometimes less, sometimes more and your vehicle will be loaded ready to begin your planned journey. Typically, you will be delivering goods into our customer kitchens, storerooms or loading areas in a friendly and professional manner. Your journey will see you visit hotels, coffee shops, retail convenience stores, travel outlets, restaurants and much more.

While experience is a bonus for our delivery drivers, we are more interested in your enthusiasm, friendly and professional personality, and willingness to go the extra mile for our customers. You will be able to build relationships with your customers and colleagues from all parts of the business.
To work as a 7.5t delivery driver at Delice de France, we ask that you must have the right to work in the UK, have an appropriate driving licence, digi card and CPC qualification.
