We are seeking a Fully Qualified Hairstylist to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hairdressing, combined with excellent customer service skills. Responsibility
- Provide a wide range of hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored advice.
- Manage front desk duties, including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client experience and maximise revenue.
- Support store management in daily operations, ensuring the salon maintains high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in techniques such as cutting and colour application.
- Assist with promotional activities to attract new clients and retain existing ones through excellent communication skills.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, techniques, and products within the beauty industry.
Qualifications
- Fully qualified hairstylist with recognised certification or diploma in hairdressing.
- Proven experience in delivering hair services including colour correction.
- Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively with clients of all ages.
- Experience in store management or supervisory roles is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent upselling skills combined with professional communication abilities to promote salon services confidently.
- Organised with good attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation are maintained at all times.
