Package: £63,500 (Basic up to £55,000 + £8,500 in Bonuses)

We are hiring on behalf of a well-established provider with over 60 services nationwide, including children's homes, assessment centres and adventure care facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small, stable home in Nelson (BB9) supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
About the Home:
- Solo-bedded EBD children’s home
- Currently supporting 1 young male (early teens)
- 1:1 staffing ratio
- Fully staffed with an experienced and dedicated team

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- ✔ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar residential childcare role
- ✔ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
- ✔ Demonstrable success in managing and motivating teams
- ✔ Excellent knowledge of childcare legislation and safeguarding practices
- ✔ Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills
- ✔ A passion for making a real difference in the lives of young people
- ✔ A commitment to creating an environment where children are heard, supported, and empowered
