Up to £38,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission
We’re partnering with a well-established recruitment business that’s looking to add an experienced Recruitment Consultant to its Sheffield-based engineering office. The office is home tofive consultants and is known for its relaxed, welcoming culture where quality always comes before quantity.
This is a genuinely grown-up environment – no KPIs, no micromanagement, and no pointless call targets. The focus is on building relationships, delivering well, and doing recruitment properly.
The Role:
This is not a trainee position. We’re looking for someone who already understands the recruitment process and can add value from day one:
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment
- Background in engineering recruitment is essential
- Comfortable managing client and candidate relationships autonomously
- Values quality over volume – they’d rather see 10 meaningful calls a week than 100 for the sake of it
- Happy in a fully office-based role

- Office hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm finish
