Registered Manager - Supported Living
Location: Downpatrick
Salary: £20.56 per hour + on-call enhancements
Hours: 40 hours per week
Staffline Recruitment Ireland are currently recruiting for a Registered Manager - Supported Living on behalf of our client, a well-established and values-driven organisation within the Health & Social Care sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to take responsibility for the operational management and ongoing development of a supported living service, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
As Registered Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the leadership, management, and regulatory compliance of the supported living service. You will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care while leading and developing a dedicated staff team.
You will play a key role in promoting independence, inclusion, and meaningful outcomes for service users, while ensuring the service meets all regulatory and organisational standards.

Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the service

Ensure delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support

Maintain full compliance with RQIA standards and relevant legislation

Lead, support and develop staff team including supervision and performance management
-
Manage staffing levels, resources, and service budgets effectively
-
Build strong relationships with families, stakeholders, and external professionals
-
Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and service user outcomes
-
Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives

Participate in the on-call rota
Applicants must meet one of the following qualification pathways:
-
Professional Social Work qualification (NISCC registered), OR
-
Registered Nurse (NMC), OR
-
Allied Health Professional (HCPC), OR
-
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health & Social Care
AND
-
Minimum 4-5 years' experience in a Health & Social Care setting
-
At least 2 years' experience in an operational management role
In addition:
-
Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism

Proven experience managing staff teams
-
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance
-
Experience in care planning and person-centred practice
-
Full UK driving licence and access to transport

Registered or eligible for registration with NISCC

Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to motivate and develop teams

Excellent organisational and decision-making abilities
-
Strong IT, reporting and documentation skills
-
Experience in supported living or domiciliary care
-
Experience preparing for inspections
-
Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)

Experience in service development
-
Competitive hourly rate (£20.56 per hour)

On-call payments:
- £35 per day (Monday-Friday)
-
£55 per day (weekends)
-
25 days annual leave + bank holidays
