We are seeking a Lash Technician to join our growing team and contribute to the welcoming atmosphere that our clients value. The role involves providing lash treatments with care and attention while helping to maintain the professional yet relaxed environment that defines our studio.
We understand that moving to a new workplace can sometimes feel daunting, particularly within a client-focused industry where every salon has its own routines and expectations. For that reason, we place importance on collaboration rather than competition. New team members are encouraged to settle in at their own pace, ask questions and learn from colleagues who are always happy to offer support.
The position may involve client consultations, treatment preparation, lash application services and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Beyond technical ability, we value patience, professionalism and the ability to help clients feel at ease throughout their visit.
Experience in lash treatments is welcome, though personal qualities often matter just as much. A friendly approach, attention to detail and genuine care for clients can make a lasting impression long after an appointment has finished.
