About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Civils Site Manager with a strong highways background to join their growing team in Stratford.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering highways and civil engineering works across major energy infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations on highways and civils projects
- Manage subcontractors, labour, and site activities
- Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with programme requirements
- Maintain high standards of health & safety compliance
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Complete site documentation, RAMS, and progress reporting
- Coordinate streetworks activities and permits where required
Requirements
CSCS Gold or Black Card
- NRSWA card
- SMSTS Qualified
- First Aid
- Experience in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines
- Experience of managing M&E/Civil Projects with a diverse project delivery team
- Site Management Experience, minimum of 5 years.
- Right to work in UK
