Snap-On Tools Sales Assistant
We are one of the largest Snap-on tools Franchises in the U.K. We are looking for a assistant to come on board our business to help myself and other employees with the day to day running of the franchise, with the strong possibility for promotion for the the right candidate. The correct candidate will be hard working with a hunger to succeed!
. Responsibilities
- Visit all calls and end user customers within your designated list of calls on a weekly basis to service their requirements
- Market all product and promotions
- Upsell customers into new products
- Develop and maintain a strong Revolving Account Programme
- Collect on all Credit Accounts
- Maintaining computer files and records and using the computer to improve business performance
- Complete all required weekly paperwork
- Process repairs and warranty replacements
- Obtain optimal market share
- Maintain high standards within the mobile store in merchandising, stock display and cleanliness
- Manage and control inventory levels, banking of takings
Education and Experience:
- Experience with on-the-job or technical training
- Sales or Customer Service Experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Full UK driving licence
Class 2 HGV licence and CPC preferred but can be provided
