About the Role, We are seeking compassionate, dedicated, and professional Registered Nurses to join our friendly team on a bank basis. As a Bank Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to our residents while supporting their health, wellbeing, dignity, and independence.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with NMC standards.
- Undertake clinical assessments and develop person-centred care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
- Work collaboratively with care staff, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Promote a positive, caring, and supportive environment for residents.
Requirements
- Current NMC registration (Registered Nurse – RGN/RMN)
- Excellent clinical and communication skills.
- A compassionate and resident-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous experience within a care home setting is desirable but not essential.
