Bartender – Se7en Bath
We are looking for bubbly, energetic, and customer-focused people to join our team at Se7en Bath.
Se7en Bath is a busy and vibrant venue, open seven days a week and known for delivering great drinks, excellent service, and an unforgettable atmosphere. We're looking for part-time bartenders to join our evening team. If you're confident behind the bar, know your way around a Boston shaker, and can make a fantastic Espresso Martini, we'd love to hear from you.
As part of our team, you'll help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests while maintaining high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, wines, and other beverages
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Assisting with general bar operations and opening/closing duties
- Ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and health and safety procedures
- Contributing to a positive atmosphere for both customers and colleagues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role
- Bartending experience preferred
- Cocktail-making experience or training is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekdays, and weekends
- A friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude

Shift Information:
- Evening shifts starting between 5:00pm and 7:00pm
- Late-night finishes depending on business needs
- Weekend availability is essential
Pay:
£10.85 – £12.71 per hour, depending on National Minimum Wage bracket
Expected Hours:
20–35 hours per week
