Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and passionate hairdresser to join our team here at Robert Douglas Hair Workshop.
We are an established hairdressers in the heart of Woodbridge, which provides lots of trade from passing to surrounding areas. We are a friendly team that pride ourselves in creating a welcoming and friendly environment, along side providing professional services.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all aspects of hairdressing, whilst also keeping up to date with the latest trends to provide the best services to the clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your creative skills, while delivering exceptional customer service. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing a range of hairdressing services, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the salon.
Duties
- Provide excellent services to clients which include cuts, coloring, styling and chemical treatments.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and advising on suitable styles or treatments.
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximize client experience and salon revenue.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment adhering to health and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients through personalized consultations and ongoing communication.
Qualifications
- Must have NVQ level 2
- At least 3 years experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
