Requirements
- MUST have 3-5 years of experience in maintenance.
- MUST have excellent communication, organisation, and ability to carry out instructions.
- MUST be proficient in data entry and record keeping within an office environment.
- MUST have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone etiquette.
- MUST be a UK citizen or have legal work eligibility in the UK.
- MUST have valid driver’s license and transportation to and from work.
- MUST be diligent and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the General Manager.
- Manage day-to-day estate operations, including maintenance scheduling and vendor liaison
- Coordinate repairs and upkeep of estate facilities to ensure safety and aesthetic standards are maintained
- Preparing accurate department reports and statistics on time.
- Attending daily and weekly HOD meetings and coordinating information with department staff.
- Managing duties and targets accordingly.
- Carrying out required compliance checks in-house and recording them accurately.
- Auditing compliance paperwork.
- Liaising with contractors as needed.
- Arranging quotes and following company policy and procedures for approval.
- Monitoring and replenishing the stock of regular maintenance items.
- Maintaining and servicing internal and external equipment of the venue.
- Working with the GM and Head Office Properties team to carry out larger refurbishment and renovations projects as needed.
- Overseeing Gardeners to ensure they are productive and have the required materials to work with to maintain the grounds.
- Overseeing landscaping projects, gardening equipment, gardens, and grounds.
- Managing the storage and upkeep of maintenance equipment, supplies, event tables and chairs.
- Overseeing security and safety systems such as fire system and security alarms.
- Maintaining accurate department administration including upkeep of Estates Spreadsheets, and documentation, etc.
Salary
£28K- £32K per annum (dependant on experience and qualifications)
