About the Role
Brightwells Auctions is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and organised Vehicle Valeter / Yard Operative to join our busy Vehicle Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for washing, cleaning, and preparing a wide range of vehicles for auction sale, ensuring they are presented to a high standard while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and valet vehicles to a high standard.
- Prepare vehicles for photography, customer viewing, and auction sale.
- Move and park vehicles safely around the site.
- Carry out basic vehicle condition checks and report any damage.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Assist with general yard duties as required.
- Work in accordance with company Health & Safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Organised, reliable, and hardworking.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Previous valeting or motor trade experience is desirable but not essential.
