We are looking for a reliable and well-organised General Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our office and operations. This is a varied role suited to someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling administrative, financial, and fleet-related tasks.
Key responsibilities
- General office administration, including filing, data entry, and document management
- Answering phone calls and emails and dealing with general enquiries
- Ordering office supplies and managing office systems
- Supporting management with ad hoc administrative tasksSkills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar systems
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with fleet management or accounts administration is desirable but not essential

Hours are Monday - Friday 8.00-4.00PM
37.5 Hours a week (30 minute lunch break)
