Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their successful Burton upon Trent office.

The Role
As Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring both landlords and tenants receive a first-class service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Conducting property inspections
- Handling tenancy renewals and rent reviews
- Managing deposit disputes when required
- Ensuring full compliance with current lettings legislation
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in residential property management
- Possess a strong understanding of current lettings legislation
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Have outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Be able to prioritise a busy workload effectively
- Hold a full UK driving licence
