Factory Workers: Reliable? Hardworking? We Need You
Right, let's talk straight. Factory work is hard graft. Early starts, repetitive tasks, standing all day, and probably doing the same thing day in, day out. The pay's alright, but let's be honest - it's not exactly exciting, is it?
Thing is, you've got exactly what we're after: reliability. You turn up, you put the hours in, you get the job done. That's gold in any business, and we actually value it.
We're OneCall Cleaners in Bournemouth, and we need 2 proper grafters who fancy a change of scene. Instead of a production line, you'd be cleaning homes, holiday lets, and doing deep cleans around the local area.
What we're offering:
- £15/hr for regular domestic cleans
- £18/hr for deep cleaning (up to £20/hr after 3 months experience)
- 40 hours per week = around £600/week
- Bonuses
Your schedule:
- Monday to Friday (full-time)
- Optional weekend hours if YOU want them - never forced
What you need:
- Driving licence + your own car
- Right to work in the UK
- Decent English
- The same work ethic you bring to the factory floor
No cleaning experience? Doesn't matter. We'll train you. What we can't teach is reliability and hard work - you've already got that sorted.
The job's varied, you're not stuck in one spot all day, and you actually see the results of your work. Makes a nice change from a factory line, doesn't it?
