Employment Solicitor – Senior Associate

The Opportunity
This is a chance to play a key role for an experienced Employment Solicitor at Senior Associate level you will be joining a established team who have a strong platform for growth. In this role there will be a focus in building client relationships, supporting the growth of key accounts and contributing to the development of the team’s presence in the local market.

What you’ll work On

Employment advisory and contentious matters

Tribunal litigation and dispute resolution

Restrictive covenants and senior executive exits

Discrimination, whistleblowing and HR advisory issues

Employment aspects of corporate transactions (including TUPE)
What experience is needed
-
7+ years’ PQE in employment law
-
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
-
Proven business development experience
-
Experience of tribunal work (desirable)

Ability to supervise and support junior team members

Commercial, proactive and growth-focused mindset
