Position: Telephonist/Controller

Are you a mature individual seeking a fulfilling and flexible part-time role? Join United Taxis Thanet as a Telephonist/Controller! We offer 20-30 hours per week with additional shifts available in a supportive environment.
You will manage calls, process bookings, and ensure excellent customer service. We value fast typing, a polite phone manner, and local knowledge. Positions are in our Margate or Ramsgate offices.
