Especially with an Enhanced DBS to work in Primary and Secondary Schools.
Role / Responsibilities –

Support teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.

Assist pupils with learning on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.

Help prepare classroom resources and learning materials.

Support pupils to stay focused and engaged during lessons.
-
Assist with behaviour management and promoting a positive learning environment.

Monitor and report pupil progress to teaching staff.

Supervise pupils during break times, school activities, and educational visits.

Help maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Candidate
-
At least 1 year's experience working with children or young people.
-
Enhanced DBS Certificate preferred.
Level 2 or 3 support teaching and learning qualification. -
Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.

Patient, reliable, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
