Mobile Air Conditioning Improver
We're working with a leading and well-respected air conditioning specialist contractor to recruit an Air Conditioning Improver to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that genuinely invests in its engineers, with a dedicated in-house training facility, ongoing development, and clear progression into a fully qualified Service Engineer role. You'll be supported by experienced engineers, receive hands-on training across a wide range of commercial systems, and build a long-term career with a company known for delivering high-quality work and looking after its staff.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of their mobile service team, carrying out planned maintenance and reactive repairs alongside senior engineers.
The role:
You'll be supporting with service, maintenance and breakdowns across a range of commercial sites, learning from experienced engineers and building your skillset daily.

Service, maintenance and fault-finding on commercial air conditioning systems

Working on VRVs, VRFs, AHUs, Splits

Covering commercial sites across London and surrounding areas

Mobile role with a company van provided
What you'll need:

City & Guilds Level 2 F Gas and ODS Regulations (Cat 1) (2079)

Previous experience within the air conditioning sector

Full UK driving licence
-
Good attitude and ability to work well within a team
The successful Air Conditioning Improver will be on up to £33,000, depending on experience + Company Van + In-House Training + Career Progression + Package.
