MARKETING ASSISTANT
Kate Feather Kitchen Design is a Bespoke Kitchen Company with the beautiful showroom in Teddington, just minutes from Teddington station. It specialises in bespoke kitchens and applies the same attention to detail to all aspects of the business.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join us in our Teddington showroom.
This is a part time role, with fluid hours across the week, £30k pro rata.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an organized and creative Marketing Assistant to support our brand’s growth through digital marketing, public relations, and event coordination. You will play a key role in managing our online presence, nurturing relationships with journalists and partners, and ensuring our physical branding materials are polished and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Manage regular posting across Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Daily engagement across Instagram, and regular on other platforms
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Pinterest and Instagram.
- Monitor social media trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
Email Marketing
· Manage Mailchimp campaigns, including monthly newsletters, client referral schemes, and targeted outreach to interior designers and journalists.
Events & PR
· Proposing and organizing internal brand events
· Reach out and engage with trade journalists and respond promptly to media inquiries.
· Research advertisements in local magazines and manage related logistics.
Content Creation & Branding
- Create compelling content for social media and newsletters
- Organize and coordinate content creation sessions to generate high-quality visual assets.
- Design and update physical branding materials, including brochures and advertisement boards.
- Curate small branded gifts for client relations and events.
Requirements:
- Experience with social media management tools and Mailchimp.
- Experience with event organising
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for email correspondence and content creation.
- Design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Interest in the kitchen design industry/ interior design
