About the Role
As a PPF Installer, you will be responsible for the precise application of Paint Protection Film to high-end and luxury vehicles, ensuring a perfect, virtually invisible finish that exceeds our stringent quality standards. This is a hands-on role requiring technical expertise, precision, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Flawless PPF Installation: Accurately measure, plot, cut, and expertly apply PPF to various vehicle surfaces (full wraps, custom kits, panels) to achieve a seamless, bubble-free, and contaminant-free finish.
- Vehicle Preparation: Meticulously clean and prepare vehicle surfaces, including paint correction/decontamination as needed, to ensure optimal film adhesion and a perfect canvas.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough pre- and post-installation inspections to guarantee all installations meet our industry-leading quality benchmarks (no silvering, stretch marks, or misalignment).
- Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate computer-cutting systems (e.g., plotters) to generate precise film templates.
- Tool & Workspace Management: Maintain all installation tools and equipment in excellent condition and ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Client Interaction: Professionally communicate with clients to explain the installation process, discuss product options, and provide aftercare instructions.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other detailing and tinting specialists to maintain a smooth workflow and meet project deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of [Specify Years, e.g., 2+ years] of professional, hands-on experience as a PPF installer, preferably working with high-end or luxury vehicles.
- Precision and Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, manual dexterity, and superior hand-eye coordination are non-negotiable.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and work for extended periods.
- Licence: Not essential but would be very beneficial.
Preferred (But Not Required) Qualifications
- Certification in PPF installation from a recognized film manufacturer.
- Experience with vinyl vehicle wrapping, window tinting, or ceramic coating application.
