We need Passionate, Reliable, Support Workers who are located in West Bridgford (NG2) — 30 hours per week at £13.12 per hour — make a real difference while doing what you enjoy. You’ll spend your full shift with the same person, building genuine connections and delivering truly person‑centred support.
We’re particularly looking for female drivers for this service (this role is a Genuine Occupational Requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010).
Once on shift, you’ll be based in one location, giving you the chance to focus on what matters most — supporting people to live their best lives.

We are currently recruiting Female Support Workers to join our team in West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2.
We are 13 people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health, we are fun and easy going. We all have different interests that include.
- Cooking and baking
- Shopping for groceries
- Travel and holidays
- Watching movies, football and TV programmes
- Colouring, puzzles, games, listening to music, arts and crafts
- Going out into the community walking
- Garden centres
What you'll be doing:
The role involves supporting people to achieve their aspirational goals and to become more independent and make their own choices each day.
What we're looking for:
We know it takes a special person to work in social care and we recognise that not everyone that would be perfect for the role, will have professional experience.
