Service Advisor / Workshop Controller
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Service Advisor / Workshop Controller to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an automotive professional with strong workshop coordination, customer service, and operational management experience to play a key role in delivering exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage workshop operations to maximise efficiency and productivity.
Plan workloads and allocate jobs effectively across technicians.
Provide regular progress updates and communicate effectively with customers.
Drive additional revenue opportunities through service and repair upselling.
Liaise with technicians, customers, and fleet operators to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair schedules to minimise downtime.
Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Workshop Controller, or similar automotive role.
Proven ability to oversee busy workshop operations and manage multiple priorities.
Experience using 1link and manufacturer management systems.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience within commercial vehicle, fleet, or automotive operations is advantageous.
Manufacturer accreditation or experience with brands would be beneficial.
