Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our friendly and professional team.

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, you will be responsible for:
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles.
- Undertaking advanced vehicle diagnostics.
- Performing MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards.
- Completing MOT repairs and retests where required.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
- Maintaining accurate job records and documentation.
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workshop culture.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
Essential:
- Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- Current MOT Tester qualification.
- Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics, electrical fault finding, and mechanical repairs.
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Desirable:
- Experience with multiple vehicle manufacturers.
- Hybrid and EV qualifications.
- Air conditioning certification.
- Experience using diagnostic equipment from multiple manufacturers.
