We’re excited to be looking for a passionate Assistant Manager to join the Josie’s team in Winchester.
If you have experience running shifts and love creating great experiences for both customers and team members, this could be the perfect next step for you. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help support and guide our Customer Service Assistants, ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive service while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with your team, the manager, and the kitchen—so great communication skills, confidence in a busy environment, and a positive, lead-by-example attitude are essential.
