Preliminary Feasibilities: Develop concept designs to preliminary costing stage, conduct financial analysis, and implement risk minimization strategies. Concept Design & Planning: Manage the design phase, develop design briefs with external consultants, and arrange site audits.
Skills & abilities:
Essential:
Excellent computing skills particularly Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project.
Track record in Property Development with a minimum of five years relevant experience in project delivery.
Mainly hybrid role. Salary £45,000.
