Essential Hygiene are currently looking to recruit an experienced School Site Manager to work with a primary school in Moss Side, Manchester (M14).
Hours of work are 7.00am - 3.30pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
As a School Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the school is a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
Duties will include:-
- Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance works
- Key Holding - opening school each morning, checking over, securing and closing the school at the end of each day
- Managing access to the premises and maintaining security
- Maintaining the school grounds
- Cleaning and supervising cleaning
- Enforcing health and safety around the school
- Supervising external contractors
- Managing site staff
- Associated administration duties including keeping accurate records, maintaining spreadsheets, emails and audits.Applicants will need to be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
