What You'll Be Doing
As an Apprentice Care Assistant, you'll learn how to:
- Support clients with personal care and daily routines in their own home.
- Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
- Build positive relationships with patients and their families
- Encourage independence and wellbeing
- Support patients with social activities and appointments
- Keep accurate care records
- Work alongside experienced care professionals
- Attend training sessions and regular support meetings
