Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Saturday team member to join our self-storage site in Grantham.
This role would suit someone local who is organised, practical, good with people, and comfortable working independently.
Hours: Saturday, 9am to 1pm
Main duties include:
- helping customers in person and over the phone
- carrying out basic admin tasks
- keeping the site tidy and presentable
- completing simple checks around the site
- dealing with day-to-day issues calmly and professionally
We are looking for someone who is:
- reliable and punctual
- confident working on their own
- friendly and customer-focused
- practical and able to use initiative
- comfortable using email and basic computer systems
Saturday only for now, with the possibility of extra cover shifts if needed in future.
