At Seasons, we care about children from the ground up. We follow children’s interests, scaffold learning through meaningful experiences, and plan in the moment to create exceptional early years provision.
We believe childhood should be filled with curiosity, connection, nature, exploration, and joy.
Do you love child-centred play, animals, and the outdoors?
Are you passionate about open-ended learning and nature-based experiences?
Do you want to be part of a setting that thinks differently and challenges the norms of traditional nursery practice?
At Seasons, we are reflective, nurturing, ambitious, and professional. Our team is small, supportive, and passionate about creating meaningful experiences for children. We care deeply about what we do and recognise the privilege and responsibility of caring for little lives.
Come and Play
We are looking for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our growing team.
This is a varied indoor and outdoor role within our unique nursery environment. Staff work across our outdoor spaces, woodland areas, gardens, and cosy cabin environment, supporting children through all aspects of their day.
Our cabin provides a warm, calm, and nurturing space for rest, connection, creativity, and smaller group experiences, particularly for our younger children, while the wider environment encourages adventure, exploration, risk taking, and child-led learning outdoors.
Seasons Nursery is based at The Aldingbourne Country Centre, with access to:
- private nursery gardens
- woodland areas
- farm experiences
- outdoor play spaces
We are looking for someone caring, reflective, enthusiastic, and motivated, who enjoys both outdoor learning and creating meaningful indoor experiences for children. The ideal candidate will value relationships, curiosity, emotional wellbeing, and child-led learning.
What We Offer
- A beautiful outdoor setting
- A small, friendly, and supportive team
- Fantastic training and development opportunities
- Opportunities for progression as the nursery continues to grow
- The chance to be part of something genuinely special
Salary is negotiable depending on qualifications, experience, and training needs.
