Full-time | Monday to Friday | £500–£530 per week | Term-time only

Step Into Teaching is working with a welcoming Sixth Form College in Birmingham to recruit a Sports & Physical Activity Graduate Coach for the 26/27 academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering careers in teaching, coaching, pastoral support, or youth work.
The Role
- Support students studying Sport and PE courses
- Encourage participation in physical activity and wellbeing initiatives
- Help run sports clubs, enrichment activities, and college events
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students
- Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff across the college
We’re Looking For
- A degree in Sport, PE, Sports Coaching, or a related subject
- An interest in working within the education sector
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, energetic, and approachable attitude
