At Pall-Ex Group, we’re looking for an ambitious Commercial Director to join our UK Board of Directors and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business.
This is a rare opportunity to lead a dynamic commercial function, support a network of over 130 member businesses, and work closely with senior leadership and shareholder members to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
As Commercial Director, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy—driving performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive market.
Develop and deliver a forward-thinking commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and analytics
Build and strengthen strategic partnerships across the Pall-Ex network and wider industry
Enhance customer satisfaction by driving retention, loyalty, and service excellence initiatives
Create a high-performance culture that motivates teams to exceed targets
Represent and promote the Pall-Ex brand with professionalism and impact
Champion innovation and leverage technology to deliver market-leading commercial initiatives
We’re looking for a strategic and influential leader who can bring energy, insight, and direction to our commercial operations.
Proven success in a senior commercial or business development leadership role
Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to decision-making
A track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering business growth
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working at board level and managing relationships across all levels
A proactive mindset with a passion for identifying and capitalising on new opportunities
Experience within the pallet network, logistics, or transport sector
An established network of industry contacts
